• Monday–Thursday rentals start at $2,500. Off-peak rentals for Saturday events start at $5,000. Peak season rates for Saturday events start at $6,500.

  Rental fees are based on average of 150-175 guests and include:

  • Up to 12-hour time block the day of the wedding
  • Assorted tables, communal farm tables with stools, and service tables
  • White wooden chairs for the ceremony & Vineyard cross-back chairs for the reception
  • White Adirondack furniture
  • String bistro lighting over the courtyards
  • One time setup/breakdown of all venue provided tables & chairs
  • Use of the Bridal Cottage, Groom’s Lounge, Marsden Hall, Front & Back Patios, The Banquet Hall & Blacksmith's Shed
  • Complimentary parking in assigned location
