Rental Fee

- Use of the Farmhouse Lawn, Cottage Porch, and Herb Garden
- Interior and exterior restrooms

- Bluetooth speaker system and free WiFi
- Garden photography sessions (e.g. engagement, save the date, or bridal portraits)
Weekend reservations start at $4,500; full-day reservations start at $4,000; hourly reservations start at $300/hour for up to 50 guests have a 4-hour minimum.
Additional fees for events of over 100 guests may apply.
