The venue rental fee includes setup & teardown of all amenities they provide (tables, chairs, place settings, linens, etc.) as well as coordinating the rental of any specialty items.
For parties over 130 guests, Board approval is needed to rent the entire clubhouse for an additional fee starting at $1,500.
