Rental Fee
- $4,000/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Event duration
- The 3,600sf Grand Ballroom + Ballroom Foyer allows access from 9am-10pm on the day of your event, and includes in-house tables, black or white linen and chairs.
- If you reserve the 12 Grand Ballroom guest rooms above the reception area, then your group will have the entire ballroom building exclusively, and can extend your wedding to 11pm.
- Grand Ballroom Rental the day before or after your event for $2,000 per day for a Friday/Saturday, or $1,500/day for a Sunday/Monday.
- Tax & service charge are additional.
Ceremony Fee
- $1,000/event
Includes white folding chairs, water station and welcome table with linen.
Food & Beverage Minimum
- $7,500/event
The Food and Beverage minimum is $7,500 for 75-100 guests
