Rental Fee

• $3,600–6,500/event

• Rental fees include:

  • 10-hour rental (typically 4pm–midnight), with additional time $200–300/hour
  • Access to the 5,000-square-foot venue, including a lounge area and café
  • Catering kitchen
  • Basic AV package, elation lighting, event equipment, and WiFi
  • Portable stage
  • Onsite representative
  • Tables & chairs

  Use of the parking area for additional event space ranges $700–1,200 (or free if used for parking only), and includes bistro lighting, an outdoor bar area, and tables & chairs.

  Friday | $5,200 ceremony + reception | $4,200 reception only
  Saturday | $6,500 ceremony + reception | $5,200 reception only
  Sunday (limited hours) | $4,400 ceremony + reception | $3,600 reception only
