Cost: Prices, Deposits, Etc.
Your date will be held for 5 days for free. After that, 25% of the venue rental fee is required to reserve your date. Another 25% is due 9 months prior to the event, and the balance is due 30 days prior. Events booked within 9 months of the event date will require a 50% deposit. The rental fee ranges $1,750–8,250 depending on the day and time of the event, and the guest count. Special rates are available for winter weddings.
