Why We Like This Place

  • This charming house built in 1787 combines colonial style with modern comforts. And it’s located just half a block from Washington Square Park! The luxurious lounge is a good place to relax before the excitement of your big day, while the library, lined with built-in bookshelves and furnished with period antiques, is ideal for an intimate evening by the fire, a rehearsal dinner or a small-scale wedding.
  • The courtyard garden is the perfect setting for a wedding celebration. A bubbling fountain framed by twinkle-lit pillars, an elegantly draped tent illuminated by chandeliers, and an abundance of lush greenery create a romantic South of France ambiance. Your beautifully presented reception feast will be catered by the on-site M Restaurant, where professional chefs will prepare delicious farm-to-table cuisine.
  • All of the accommodations are individually decorated. The Luxury Rooms feature colonial-era décor and tasteful modern accents—some have decorative fireplaces, too. Honeymooners may want to reserve the Presidential Suite, which boasts a spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom loft, and glass French doors that open onto a private balcony.
