Full Weekend Wedding Special: Rent the entire facility (including 15 guest rooms) from Friday 4pm to noon Sunday! The rental fee of $7500 includes all 15 rooms of the mansion which sleep up to 32 people, Friday-night rehearsal, tables and chairs, ceremony setup and reception conversion, and a brunch on Sunday morning before your departure.  Catering is additional.

Cost: Prices, Deposits, Etc.

A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is payable in monthly installments, with the final payment due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fee starts at $3,800. Meals start at $29/person. Tax and an 18% service charge (on food) are additional.
