To reserve for events, a $3,500 nonrefundable deposit (which is applied towards the final bill) is required when reservations are confirmed. 75% of the estimated event total is due 5 weeks prior to the event; the balance is payable at the end of the function. A guest count confirmation is due 2 weeks in advance. Food service is provided. Food and beverage minimums are required to book the Terrace Room, and range $3,500–8,000 depending on the day of the week and the date of the event. Meals range $65–75/person for buffets, and $49–75/person for seated dinners. Beverages, tax and a 20% service charge are additional.
