Why We Like This Place

The joys of hosting a wedding at the Manhattan Penthouse on Fifth Avenue:

• It’s the ultimate NY penthouse: Occupying the entire fifth floor of a historic building, this venue wows guests with its huge Palladian windows framing world-class views of the city’s skyline—a dazzling panorama when lit up at night.

• The event spaces are both classy and classic: Parties usually start in the Reception Room, with it’s grand oak bar, paneled window seats and herringbone wood floor. Dining follows in the elegant Ballroom, where custom lighting of the arched windows, potted trees and tables aglow with candles create a romantic atmosphere. And don’t forget those stunning cityscape views!

• Ceremonies enjoy a special backdrop: Couples often say “I do” in front of the North window with the Empire State Building behind them.

• Your reception will be as impressive as the views: Green Mansions Catering has been creating outstanding cuisine for 40 years, customizing the food and service for each event. Need French, Spanish, Asian, Cuban, African, Greek or any other international dishes? Just ask.
