The private courtyard, wraparound veranda, and expansive gardens offer a magnificent backdrop for your al fresco celebration: say "I do" beneath a rose arbor or a quaint gazebo, then dine and dance in the landscaped courtyard, framed by bountiful jonquils, crepe myrtles, wisteria, hydrangeas, and begonias.
- Artfully restored interiors include a stately grand ballroom and three parlor rooms, centered around lovely original fireplaces and anchored by antique Parisian chandeliers. French doors open onto the elegant brick staircase that leads to the courtyard, creating a dreamy indoor/outdoor flow.

The rental fee includes:
- 7-hour venue rental (2 hours for photos and prep, 5-hour event)
- Two private changing suites for the wedding party
- Venue manager
- Complimentary venue-adjacent parking with an officer to direct
- Vendor room and catering prep kitchen
- Tables and white folding chairs
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
Meals (when priced separately)
- $55/person and up
Catering packages include an appetizer, salad, proteins, sides, and a nonalcoholic beverage.
Beverage packages are additional, and range $35–45+/person for 4 hours, plus a fee for bartending service. BYO alcohol is permitted, but must be paired with the nonalcoholic beverage package for $16/person.
There is a package minimum of 50 adult guests Sunday–Friday, and 75 adult guests Saturday.
Additional Info
A wedding planner with a certificate of insurance is required. The in-house planning package may be added for $3,800.
