- Wedding day venue rental, including use of the Barn & Patio, grass event space, Legends Saloon, Loading Dock Stage, and Mine Shaft Game Room
- Cafe lighting
- Access to the venue the day before, plus the ability to host a rehearsal/rehearsal dinner on site
- Prep kitchen, walk-in fridge, and catering-sized BBQ
- No catering requirements or noise restrictions
- VIP portable trailer restrooms with A/C
- Two cabins for day-of wedding prep, and available for overnight stay for an additional fee ($300/night for the pair; if both are rented 3 RVs may stay overnight as well for $100/RV)
