  • Style: Tuscan Villa-style mansion and historic park
  • Fab Feature: In the spring when the cherry trees are in bloom, the gardens become a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony.
  • Event Space Highlights: The Grand Ballroom—already impressive with its elaborately coffered and detailed ceiling and crystal chandeliers—easily changes its look or mood thanks to special LED lighting.

  • Style: Palatial décor indoors, landscaped grounds outdoors
  • Interesting Tidbit: The original house was built in 1870 for a prominent Florham Park family. It became a speakeasy during Prohibition, and then did a stint as a country club.
  • Event Space Highlights: The Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, a 19th-century Carrera marble fireplace, French doors and handcrafted chairs. The garden ceremony site boasts a manicured lawn and circular patio surrounded by lush greenery.

Crossed Keys Estate
  • Location: 289 Pequest Road, Andover NJ
  • Style: Warm, friendly 1850s inn and grounds
  • Fab Features: This historic inn and 12-acre estate are just 75 minutes from Manhattan! And you’ll love the Juliette balcony for tossing your bouquet the elegant bride’s room for getting ready.
  • Event Space Highlights: Tall oak and weeping beech trees provide shade as you exchange vows. Then dine and dance in their beautiful tent, where clear rollup walls afford views of the landscape and let you watch the sun set over the distant hills.

The Brownstone

  • Style: Historic, romantic, elegant
  • Interesting Tidbit: The original 1800s building was rumored to have been part of the Underground Railroad.
  • Event Space Highlights: The glass-enclosed, light-filled Grand Conservatory is perfect for ceremonies or cocktails year-round, and the handsomely appointed Grand Ballroom with its gold chandeliers and warm-toned parquet floors makes a lavish reception site.
  • Notable Services: Complimentary services include valet parking, personal menu printing, place cards, a bridal suite, and white-glove wait staff during the reception.

Even though you could go overboard with cocktail-hour stations (they offer Pasta, Carving, Maine Lobster, Raw Shell Fish and Sushi), you’ll need to hold back and leave room for the main meal.   • Style: Sophisticated, elegant mansion
  • Interesting Tidbit: The venue has been family owned and operated for three generations, so you’ll be in very experienced hands! Plus they only host one event at a time and can give you their full attention.
  • Event Space Highlights: Sparkling crystal chandeliers and priceless antiques set the tone throughout. The ceremony takes place in the chapel, followed by a reception in the grand Ballroom. An open-air terrace and Juliet balcony are available, too.
  • Notable Services: They’ve been preparing kosher food for events since 1917 and offer a fantastic array of dishes.
  • Catering: Provided in-house. Menus are customized and executed by a staff of chefs who are all Culinary Institute of America graduates.

Pleasantdale Chateau

  • Style: Romantic, historic Norman and English Georgian-style château and gardens
  • Fab Feature: Pleasantdale Château is eco-friendly, and the bounty of pesticide-free produce grown on the venue’s farm is used in all of the event cuisine.
