Fees & Deposits

A deposit based on the number of attendees is required to reserve your date. Facility fees run $300–25,000 depending on the guest count and package selected. Packages range from affordable options starting at $45/person to The Royal O Package at $555/person, which includes hotel rooms and a 1-year anniversary night’s stay for the bride and groom as well as many other amenities. All packages include a 1-year membership to the mansion’s private club, an event planner and a self-guided tour of the mansion’s 100 rooms and secret doors. À la carte pricing is also available. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
