Fees & Deposits
You may hold an event date for free for 7 days; after that, a non-refundable $250 fee is required to reserve your date. This fee is applied towards your rental fee. Half of the rental fee plus 5% sales tax is due at the time of contract signing. The remaining rental fee, $1,000 refundable security deposit and tax is due 30 days before your event.
