A ceremony on the top deck of the Spirit of Washington offers an impressive view of the Washington D.C.’s most prominent landmarks from the Potomac River, but the entertainment doesn’t stop there: Singing waiters can serenade you and your guests as you dine on a gracious buffet downstairs.
