The Old Ebbitt Grill is D.C.‘s oldest saloon, and since it’s only about two blocks from the White House it’s been a favorite watering hole of presidents and dignitaries since 1852. Host a cocktail reception on the Rooftop Terrace overlooking the National Mall, or enjoy dinner and dancing in the Atrium.
Rental fees range $100–1,000 depending on the space(s) rented. A food and beverage minimum is required, ranging from $750 for a cocktail reception of 75 people to $15,000 for an evening reception in the Atrium.
For the Atrium, a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and 50% of the estimated total charge is required upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due at the end of the event. Wedding packages are based on a 5-hour wedding reception, and prices range $85–120/person. Tax and a 20% service charge are additional.
Valet parking is offered after 6pm Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday starting at 8:30am. After-hours valet service can be arranged for an additional fee.
