4. The convenient—and trendy—Dupont Circle location: Nearby public transit makes it a cinch to get here, and out-of-town (and local!) guests will appreciate the surrounding embassies and official buildings housed in this historic neighborhood’s many row houses.
5. Your rental fees support a great cause: The space is run by the nonprofit International Arts & Artists, an organization dedicated to increasing cross-cultural understanding and exposure to the arts all over the world.

Fees & Deposits

50% of the rental fee along with a $500 security deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Rental fees start at $600 and vary depending on the time rented. The first 3 hours are $600 Monday–Thursday, and $700 Friday–Sunday. Each additional hour is $200 during the week and $250 on the weekend. Prices may increase after midnight. 501(c)3 organizations receive a 15% discount on total rental fees. The main rooms are wheelchair accessible, but the bathroom has 2 steps up and a step down.
