Built in 1799, this historic Manor House is a glamorous choice for your wedding. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Belmont Country Club, it’s a quiet haven in the DC Metro area. The Grand Ballroom is on the building’s highest level, affording you a breathtaking view of the grounds.

Fees & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of the room rental is needed to secure your event date, which will be applied towards the final balance for your event. Rental fees for individual rooms at the Belmont Manor House range from $125-200 with a $12/person food and beverage minimum. All lower level rooms can be rented for $500 Tuesday-Thursday with a $500 food and beverage minimum, $750 for Monday, Friday, and Sunday events (with a $1,000 food and beverage minimum), or $1,000 for a Saturday event, with a $2,000 food and beverage minimum.
The Grand Ballroom and Terrace can be rented for $500 Tuesday-Thursday with a $2,500 food and beverage minimum, $1,000 for Monday, Friday, and Sunday events (with a $5,000 food and beverage minimum), or $2,000 for a Saturday event, with a $10,000 food and beverage minimum. The pool may also be rented for $1,500 Monday, Friday, or Saturday with a $2,000 food and beverage minimum, or Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday with a $1,000 food and beverage minimum.
There is a $250 ceremony setup and breakdown fee. For outdoor ceremonies, an arbor can be rented for $150. There is a $2.50/cake cutting fee.Tax, 20% service charge, and alcohol are additional.
