Why We Like This Place

Extraordinary weddings are celebrated amongst extraordinary art at this former torpedo factory on the Alexandria waterfront. Renovated in 1974, the striking three-story building makes a unique event venue, featuring works by more than 160 artists displayed in over 80 artist studios and 6 galleries. Spot lighting sets the mood and your flowers, music and food add a personal touch. Bricked terraces may be tented to extend the space for a larger group or special evening under the stars.

Fees & Deposits

Rental fees start at $5,000/evening. During January–November Friday and Sunday evenings are reduced rates. January–November the venue can be rented by the hour Monday–Wednesday for $325/hour with a 4-hour minimum. The outdoor terrace may be rented for $750, a tent is required for receptions.
