Why We Like This Place

Never imagined getting married in a barn? The rustic feel and acoustic quality of these two 18th-century barns (meticulously restored and moved from upstate New York to Northern Virginia) will change your mind. Both venues are perfect for live music entertainment, but any celebration will be pretty sweet in these high-ceilinged structures.

Fees & Deposits

A non-refundable fee of 50% of the rental deposit is due to reserve your date, plus a $400 refundable security deposit. The English Barn can be rented Monday-Friday for $1850 for 6 hours, and $250 for each additional hour. Both the English and German Barns can be rented for $2,800 on Sundays or Fridays for a 6-hour minimum, and $3,200 for Saturday events, and $375 for each additional hour.

Saturday rentals during performance season require both barns to be rented plus an additional $300 rental fee, and a 3-hour bar package for a minimum 125 people. 5% Virginia sales tax is additional.
