- There’s something pretty in every direction. The 67-acre property is surrounded by Shenandoah Valley farmland and dotted with trees and quaint buildings that are straight out of a vintage pastoral painting. Mole Hill, Massanutten Peak, the Appalachian Mountains, and the Blue Ridge Mountains are all visible from Sunnyslope.
- You receive exclusive access to the farm on your wedding day. The management only books one event per day, which means you won’t need to share the space or rush to finish up your celebrating.
- Use of the rustic barn and guest house are included. Large celebrations are held outdoors in the lighted, heatable tent, but there’s also an adjacent charmingly renovated barn. The “Egghouse” has a kitchen, showers, and living area, and makes a great chill-out spot, or can function as the “back of house” center of operations for your caterers.

- $5,800–7,000/event
The Farm Fresh Package is $5,800 and includes:
- Use of the historic 67-acre farm for photos
- Choice of outdoor ceremony site, set to your style & preferences
- White event tent with sidewalls, chandeliers, string lighting, and ceiling swag
- Tables & chairs, linens, napkins, dance floor, and stage
- Mounted speakers in tent & barn with wireless Sonos speaker system, plus a mobile Bluetooth PA system
- Outdoor seating areas with fire pits
- Venue cleanup & trash take away service
- No additional tax, service fees, or gratuity
- Planning meetings with the event coordinator
The Rustic Chic Package is $7,000 and includes everything in the Farm Fresh Package PLUS:
- 1 support staff member on-site for three hours for parking assistance & venue support
- Manager on-site during the event for five hours
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance with alcohol host liability rider (No ABC license needed)
- Bar setup and service
