Fees & Deposits

A signed contract and a $500 security deposit is required to reserve your date. April–October rental fees range $660–3,940 depending on space rented and day of week. November and January–March rental fees range $440-3,640. Rental fees include 4 hours of rental time, 2-hour setup and 1-hour breakdown. Catering is done exclusively by Meriwether Godsey. Tax, alcohol, and a service charge are additional.
