Set against the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this historic farm is truly an idyllic place for a wedding or honeymoon. Originally built in 1805, the Briar Patch has a wealth of picturesque spots for a ceremony and photos. Should you need help figuring out which ones are the best for you, just put yourself in the capable hands of Briar Patch’s accommodating innkeepers.

Fees & Deposits

50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve your wedding date. Rental fees range from $8,360-10,760 in the high season (April 1-November 30), and are 20% less during the low season (December 1-March 31), depending on the size of room rented. A Sunday-Thursday event in the high season ranges $2,750-6,100.

Rental fees include full use of the property and guest rooms for 2 nights, starting Friday at 4pm and ending Sunday at noon. Parking and breakfast for up to 18 people are also included. There is an additional $500 refundable security deposit. Tax, alcohol, and service charge are also additional.
