The rental fee includes:
- 8-hour rental time (including setup, event, and cleanup)
- Exclusive access to Chateau Ballroom, Evans Dining Room, porches, and intimate courtyard
- Two wedding party dressing suites
- 1-hour rehearsal, a 2-hour portrait session with your photographer, and a tasting
- AWC manager on site for the entire event & cleanup
- Round tables, upholstered chairs, table settings, antique guest book tables, and ivory linens
- Tall fabric chairs for the wedding party, limited quantity
- Complimentary overnight parking spaces for event guests in lots adjacent to the venue
- Additional hours can be purchased at $500/hr
OFF PEAK RATES - $7,000 - $10,000, based on the day of the week
JAN - FEB, JUN - AUG, DECPEAK RATES - Range $9,000 - $12,000, based on the day of the week
