Fees & Deposits

25% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The next 25% is due 120 days prior to the event and the balance is due 10 days prior. Rental fees range $500–1,000 depending on the day of the event and the package selected. Meals range $30–110/person. Tax, alcohol and a 21–22% service charge are additional.
