Fees & Deposits

50% of the total event cost is required to reserve your date and the balance is due in 2 payments of 25%, spread evenly between contract signing and event date. Rental fees range $1,000–10,000 depending on the spaces reserved and the day and time rented. Meals start at $75/person. Tax, alcohol and a 22% service charge are additional.
