Fees & Deposits

25% of the total event cost (nonrefundable) is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 4 days prior to the event. Rental fees start at $250 and vary depending on the amount spent on food and beverages. Rental fee may be waived depending on the total spent. Meals range $26–42/person. Tax, alcohol and a 21% service charge are additional.
