Fees & Deposits

25% of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date. An additional 25% is due midway between contract signing and the event date. The final balance is due 7 business days prior to the event. Rental fees range $1,000–1,600 depending on the space rented and your event details. Wedding packages range $42–77/person for lunch and $50–85/person for dinner. Tax, alcohol and a 22% service charge are additional. Or, you may use your own approved ethnic caterer.
