Fees & Deposits

25% of the estimated event cost is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Rental fees range up to $850 depending on the spaces reserved. Luncheons range $20–49/person, dinners range $35–75/person and wedding packages range $70–135/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
