Fees & Deposits

25% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Rental fees vary depending on the spaces reserved, time of event and day of the week. The fee for weekday evening events (Monday–Thursday, 5pm–12am) starts at $2,800. The fee for weekend events (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5pm–2am) starts at $6,000. Meals start at $70/person. Tax, alcohol, AV, lighting packages and a service charge are additional.
