As the Hyatt’s exclusive catering arm, Regency Caterers also choreographs events off-site, at such prime Orange County locations as the Richard Nixon Library, Marconi Museum and Tanaka Farms, as well as at private homes. Your Regency Catering Manager at the hotel can discuss these alternatives with you, and provide tours of available facilities.

25% of the minimum commitment is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 10 business days prior to the event. Rental fees and minimums range $500–30,000 depending on venue selected. If you use the on-site caterer, meals range $70–115/person. Tax, alcohol, and a 24% service charge are additional.
