If you’re in the market for an affordable, fun-packed wedding with a taste of the tropics in one of the planet’s most popular destinations, you can stop looking. At Hotel Ménage, Anaheim’s first boutique hotel, you’ll find a playscape that will make any event exciting.
The energetic vibe here is apparent as soon as you step from the dramatic porte-cochère into the Lobby Lounge, with its shiny black floor, black granite bar and inspired blue uplighting. Gauzy curtains set off an “island” of low-slung mahogany couches facing tables topped with flickering candles. The sultry setting practically guarantees that every hour here is a happy one, and provides a relaxing place to meet and greet guests! But perhaps you’d prefer to direct them to the paradisiacal pleasures outdoors. Just beyond the lobby windows a sprawling complex of terraces, lawns, shady lounges and a lushly landscaped pool casts an inviting spell.
The festive spirit begins in the Hotel Ménage’s Hawaiian Palapa Bar, where a traditional palm-covered palapa, tiki torches, rattan-style furnishings, and lively music make mingling easy. Follow the winding stone walkway past graceful palms and other tropical plantings to the Palm Court. Ideal for a small ceremony or a cocktail reception highlighting delectable global street foods from the world’s great cities (whipped up by the hotel’s restaurant, K’ya Street Fare), its gently curving natural shape mirrors the footprint of the nearby pool and creates a sense of movement and flow. The sunny South Lounge nearby, also well-suited to both ceremonies and receptions, can be used in combination with other outdoor and indoor spaces to extend your party. The North Lounge on the opposite side of the spa and pool area is surrounded by towering palms, has a beautiful fountain, and offers still more room for your dining and dancing delight.
Indoors, the possibilities multiply. Boutique hotels are famous for personality and Hotel Ménage is no exception. The roomy Pacific Ballroom, which can be divided into two smaller rooms, has a bright, airy feel. Neutral champagne-and-cream striping and beveled mirrors contribute to its expansive ambiance. Large windows and sliding doors admit cooling breezes as well as a lovely view of the pool and garden. Other options include the fabulous Retro Room with its beanbag chairs and bright ‘60s colors; the Zen Room, which has bamboo floors, luxurious brown leather couches, a stone-colored fountain and rattan accents; and the New York Loft, an uber-cool chamber with charcoal-colored walls, suede couches and a faux-window view of the Big Apple skyline at night.
Additional meeting rooms plus guestrooms with luxurious touches like leather headboards, executive desks, 42-inch high-def plasma TVs and rich espresso-colored contemporary furnishings complete the indoor attractions, but we’re guessing your guests won’t stay in their rooms for long. Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios and the seashore are close at hand, and at night there’s magic by the pool where you can watch Disneyland’s Fireworks Spectacular from the very best seats in the county.

Fees & Deposits
30% of the total event cost is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. Rental fees range $250–1,000 depending on the space rented. Meals range $20–55/person. Tax, alcohol and a 21% service charge are additional.
