Fees & Deposits

$1,000 per venue space is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Ceremony rental fees range $1,700–2,500 and reception rental fees range $1,000–2,300. Prices vary depending on the day and time of the event and the space rented. Catering package prices range $30–100/person, if you use their preferred on-site caterer. Tax, alcohol and a 15% service charge are additional. Alcohol is limited to beer, wine and champagne toasts. You may BYO caterer for an additional fee, but they will not have access to the kitchen facilities and will need to provide their own staffing and all rentals.
