The Garden Gazebo, edged with multihued impatiens, has been designed for ceremonies. Secluded from hotel guests and protected by tall palms and ferns, it’s very private and serene. After walking through an evergreen arch, you’ll exchange vows under the ivory gazebo, which can be enhanced with floral garlands. Following the ceremony, the lovely surroundings serve as a picturesque backdrop for photography.
You have numerous choices for your reception, starting with the elegant Bay Laurel Ballroom where you can dance the night away under a magnificent chandelier. The bambú Room is a stunning venue with high ceilings, modern lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows lining the back wall. EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The seated capacity for a variety of spaces is as follows: Bay Laurel Ballroom, 500; Bamboo Garden, 450; bambú Room, 200; Orchid Terrace, 130; bambú Wine Cellar, 60.
MEETING CAPACITY: Several spaces hold 20–500 seated guests.
For weddings, a nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the estimated total is payable when you reserve your date. The estimated balance is payable 14 business days prior to the event. Wedding packages range $98–125/person plus applicable tax and a 22% service charge. The ceremony fee ranges $3,000–6,000.
