Neither too casual nor too trendy, the El Camino Country Club embraces the patrician elegance one associates with the best country clubs.
The club’s classic décor is timeless, and its meticulous upkeep is evident throughout, from the manicured lawns to the live orchids thriving in the foyer.
Ceremonies typically take place outdoors, with the couple exchanging vows in a beautiful white gazebo. Guests, who are seated on a lawn facing them, enjoy sweeping views of the lush greens and tree-dotted fairways in the background.
After the ceremony guests enter the charming and sunny Garden Room just off the patio for cocktails and conversation. Meanwhile, the bride and groom are chauffeured in a cart around the golf course for photos in several picturesque spots, such as next to an enormous lakeside weeping willow.
Later, the party moves to the more formal Main Dining Room for the reception. This spacious venue, with its multipaned windows, looks out over the expansive fairsways, and is decorated neutrally.
With white linens and chair covers, the room becomes a storybook wedding vision. Silver and crystal gleam in the soft, romantic glow of the chandeliers. However, when the best man is ready to make his toast, or when the couple takes to the floor for their first dance, the recessed lights in the ceiling can be turned up a bit to create a theatrical effect.
The El Camino Country Club’s friendly and accommodating private events office has come up with a broad array of wedding packages, offering everything from a simple and quite affordable afternoon affair to a decadent evening gala with a hosted bar and surf-and-turf dinner.
What’s certain is that, regardless of your budget, a wedding at the El Camino Country Club will reflect the class and attention to detail that makes this facility such an enchanting place.
CEREMONY CAPACITY: The lawn holds up to 250 seated guests.
EVENT/RECEPTION & MEETING CAPACITY: The Main Dining Room holds up to 200 seated or 250 standing guests. The Patio accommodates up to 200 seated or 250 standing guests.
A nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to your food and beverage total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is equal to 25% of the estimated event total. 50% is due 6 months prior, and 100% of the final estimated balance is due 10 days prior to the event date. Menus range $45–90/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
