Fees & Deposits

A $1,000 nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to your event balance, and a signed contract are required to secure your date. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your event date.

For 2013, the rental fee for Quail Run Ranch ranges $2,000–3,000 for up to 150 guests. Price varies depending on the day of the week, the season, and the space rented. A ceremony only is $1,500. Meal packages start at $59.75 per person. Tax, alcohol and service charge are additional.

 

Availability

Year-round, (outdoor areas more suitable May–October) daily, 10am–10pm. Weddings are held in 6-hour blocks. Additional time is available at $250/hour.
