Fees & Deposits

$1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. 50% of the estimated event total is due 40 days prior to the event date. The balance is due 7 business days prior to event date. The Saturday rental fee is $1,800, and rental fees for Sunday–Friday is $800. Catering packages range from $40-60/person, and wedding packages range from $50–75/person, including champagne toast, wedding cake, and hors d’oeuvres. Tax, alcohol, and an 18% service charge are additional.
