A couple who met aboard an Amtrak train found the path to wedded bliss at this fabulous forest setting.

Preparing for her trip down the aisle, the bride poses under a canopy of trees.

Guests were met with delish signature cocktails upon their arrival.

A family friend and Hollywood screenwriter served as the officiant, delivering a humorous yet touching ceremony.

The cocktail area featured festive tables and a “Grand Central” food station.

Real Wedding: Love is the Water of Life

For their “first look” prior to the wedding, the groom delivered the bouquet to his beautiful bride.

Splashes of fuchsia set the stage for an elegant ceremony.

Orchids topped these water-filled vases as well as the ceremony structure.

The bridesmaids in carried hand-tied chocolate, mocha and light pink blush-tone bouquets.

The early evening twilight sparkled through the floor-to-ceiling windows as the couple joyfully exchanged vows.

Guests retrieved their escort cards that were set upright in carved river stones.

A rich color palette of chocolates and blues created a “wow” moment for guests as they entered the dinner reception.

Manzanita branches, white cymbidium orchids and blue hydrangeas adorned the tables. Dinner menus were printed in ocean blues and chocolates and positioned atop square chargers.

After dinner, the couple took to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife.

Later, they rose to the occasion of the traditional Jewish Hora chair dance.

A cozy lounge setting adjacent to the reception featured plush furniture with color-coordinated pillows.
