Bob Gail Special Events provides full-service, stress-free wedding planning, coordination and production. Their extensive array of in-house services gives you the invaluable option of allowing one company to seamlessly produce your event—or their coordinators will also work with any vendors of your choosing.
Bob Gail’s coordinators will help you select and work with photographers, videographers, caterers, hotels, and officiants. They’ll coordinate all aspects of your wedding including venue selection, event design, budgeting, menu selection, room layouts, etiquette, seating plans, music selection, ceremony schedule and rehearsal, wedding day timelines, marriage licenses, ketubah and party favors.
In-house services include:
Music: including wedding bands, orchestras, disc jockeys, as well as international, jazz, and classical musicians.
Decorations: including flowers, linens, chair covers, fabric swaging, trees, plants and lighting.
Party rentals: including chiavari chairs, charger plates, heaters, tables, chuppahs, gazebos and lounge furniture.
Stationery: including escort cards, table names/numbers, menu cards, and programs.
All are produced directly by Bob Gail Special Events at their 40,000 square foot studio.
Clients may hire Bob Gail for any one of these services individually or to produce the entire event–from concept to clean-up.
