It’s always a celebration at Bob Gail Special Events. This popular event design company is also one of the largest talent and booking agencies in the nation. Their extraordinarily experienced staff of 40 can arrange and produce all styles of weddings from simple and elegant to over-the-top extravagant, not to mention just about every other type of event you can imagine, from a Rose Bowl pep rally for 20,000 to an exquisitely nuanced evening for two, staged on a bed of roses beneath a flowing canopy. Corporate event, fundraising gala, formal ball, entertainment industry extravaganza, bar or bat mitzvah, proposal dinner—whatever the occasion, they have the knowledge, the resources and skills to execute it with proficiency and pizzazz. “Everything they do is simply amazing,” raves a colleague. “Their beautiful events always come off without a hitch.”
It really doesn’t matter what you’re planning; the Bob Gail Events team is going to make it the best it can be. They’ve decorated TV show sets, styled commercials, produced mini-musicals and added the polish and imagination that has made literally thousands of parties and special events shine. “We are a full-production company,” says Bob Levine, founder along with wife Gail Levine of this A-list establishment. “Our services include award-winning designers, an entire linen manufacturing facility, one of the busiest flower shops in L.A., and the largest theme prop inventory in California.” Event planning/coordination, destination management, décor, sound, lighting, audio/visual services, rentals, invitations and gifts are among their many services. In addition they are renowned experts in the field of music and entertainment and they bring all of this talent and experience to every event, large or small.
According to Bob, one key to their success is their ability to do everything in-house. The company’s 50,000 square feet of space allows them to conveniently keep things under one roof. “We are dedicated to versatility and customization,” he explains. “Our clients are demanding. We love that about them. They push us. As artists we always want to evolve.” It’s that philosophy that leads many to insist that Bob Gail Special Events is the best in the business. “They’re family run and they’re a great team,” declares a wedding professional who has worked with them for years. “They also have great taste. They take care of their clients at a personal and professional level that’s hard to beat.” “They offered so many wonderful services that we ended up going with them for everything,” recollects a delighted bride. “They were a one-stop shop,” adds another. “They made all my dreams come true.”

“They gave my wedding the care and sensitivity it needed on all fronts. They were my one-stop shop and made my wedding a dream come true. Our guests are still raving about how everything was amazing and looked like a fairytale—and how they had so much fun. You only are dealing with one creative team for everything and not having to stress about vendor to vendor. They really help you put your vision on paper and create your ultimate day. The personal attention I received was outstanding!”
“They’re just very easy to work with: very flexible and they worked within my budget and any limitations I had. They always listened to what I was telling them. I had a ton of things I wanted to change at the last minute and it was never a problem for them—they just said, ‘yep, we can do that.’”
“The planning process was very easy. They’re great: very professional and organized. They do it all—they have a lot of in-house vendors that makes it very simple to do everything there. I love that it’s family owned; it makes all the difference when a family is running things.”
“I went there and talked with them and just loved them immediately. They helped me find a venue and everything fell into place after that. It was flawless. They made everything easy and enjoyable. They have this huge warehouse with everything you could want for your wedding. You go there and they set up a mock table and if there’s anything you don’t like, you just pick out something else.”
