Why We Like Them

After designing her own wedding dress from vintage lace in 2002, Alice Temperley received so many design requests that she added a bridal collection to the already popular Temperley London fashion family. And we’re so glad she did!

Temperley gowns convey feminine sophistication and elegance with a bit of individualistic flair. Each gown is made to order in the most luxurious fabrics, and includes gowns with cap sleeves, swooping backs, empire lines and fitted bias cuts. Handcrafted detailing includes the highest quality French lace, hand beaded with an original Temperley design. The majority of Temperley’s wedding gowns have hidden corseting/boning to ensure the gown stays secure and contours the body, and each one is lined with sensuous satin. The current collection also includes accessories like lace and feather capes and belts for added panache. Temperley London’s cocktail dresses and sassy separates will make stunning style statements for bridesmaids and Moms, too.

A recognized leader on the London fashion scene, Temperley is also favored by celebrities like Halle Barry, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Jennifer Lopez.
