Why We Like Them

Set in Tustin’s charming Plaza LaFayatte, Blush Bridal Couture reflects the personalities of its owners Amy and Anna: pretty and welcoming; girly and sweet; fashionable and trend-setting. The store’s relaxed, contemporary feel is warmed by vintage elements, such as ceiling panels of hammered metal and an eclectic mix of beaded chandeliers. Gorgeous wedding dresses line the shop like lacy wallpaper, and cascading bridal veils form a frothy sea on a nearby wall. Sparkly adornments beckon from within glass display cases, and two dark wood viewing pedestals invite you to behold your lovely self in front of a pair of floor-length mirrors. A luxurious lounge area lets you relax with your entourage, sip champagne and enjoy being the center of attention. (Well, this is your princess moment, after all!).

Anna and Amy clearly know what today’s brides are looking for. Their boutique feature wedding dresses that are wearable as well as beautiful, and include sassy and sexy numbers by designer Matthew Christopher, and feminine, elegant gowns by designers Martina Liana and Enzoani. After you find “the” dress, stay and play with a dazzling selection of designer jewelry, veils and hair accessories by designers like Toni Federici and Justine M Couture. Blush is also the Southern California flagship salon for the simply irresistible collection of hair and wedding jewelry by Haute Bride.

The wedding professionals and clients we interviewed raved about Blush Bridal Couture’s “over the top service from start to finish.” A local photographer noted that, “They organize appointments with enough time to provide superb customer care, even during their most busy times. Brides aren’t waiting or feeling rushed.”

Anna, Amy and their terrific staff clearly love what they do. “They were easy to talk to, understanding, and patient,” says a bride we spoke with. “They genuinely want to be helpful.” An Orange County wedding planner agrees: “They have more than style—they have manners and they have class.” It’s no wonder that so many Blush brides consider their consultant to also be their friend!
