Why We Like Them

What if you could find your dream dress at a 40-70% discount, while still shopping in style? And what if you knew that the money you spend on your wedding dress would go to help those in need? We bet you’d even be willing to drive a little out of your way for that kind of shopping experience… Well, get out your appointment books, Brides, because Beloved Couture Bridal in the quaint town of Redlands offers just such a rare opportunity.

The inspiration of friends Jennifer and Kerri, this non-profit bridal boutique works directly with dress manufacturers, designers and other bridal shops who generously donate their overstock wedding gowns. Beloved then passes the savings on to brides, with the profits going to aid the families of cancer patients.

But don’t make the mistake of thinking these gowns are used or unfashionable. Au contraire! Beloved Couture carries new, authentic designer wedding dresses, mostly samples that have been on display in stores and may have been tried on before. Jennifer and Kerri are very choosey about the quality of the gowns they sell, and while the stock varies daily, regularly featured designers include Anjolique, Maggie Sottero, Watters Bride, Melissa Sweet, Casablanca and many more.  The gowns range from size 6-14, and most can be altered up or down two sizes. But if you’re a petite or plus-size bride, they may still be able to source a discount dress for you, so it’s worth giving Beloved a call.

Even though you’ll be paying less for your gown, at Beloved you’ll still be treated like a princess. The salon serves only one bride at a time, so she receives the staff’s complete personal attention and expertise. All of the dresses are sold off-the-rack, making Beloved Couture a fabulous option for last-minute brides. You’ll even get a zippered garment bag to take your dress home in!
