Why We Like This Place

Living is easy in Ventura, California, a laid-back coastal town midway between the hectic L.A. scene and pricey Santa Barbara resorts. As the only beachfront hotel in Ventura, the Crowne Plaza provides everything you need for a romantic honeymoon, including powdery sand and glorious sunsets. At evening’s end, retire to your oceanview accommodations, which include the Crowne’s “Seven Layers of Comfort” bed. As newlyweds, you’ll want to sleep in and enjoy breakfast via room service. Eventually, though, you’ll want to venture forth and explore the area’s attractions, or simply lounge by the oceanfront swimming pool (sublime!).
