What 3 words describe your work? Exuberant, intuitive, musical.
Tell us about your company name. A wonderful Italian family mentored me when I moved to California so many years ago. They nicknamed me Violetta, for my violet eyes. Their love made me blossom and I wanted to honor that.
Why should someone hire you? For my experience, quality, passion, and especially service.
What are some sources of inspiration or influences in your work? Nature, of course. The beauty of it all. The special blue San Francisco sky that Maxfield Parrish painted. The artistry of a master chef. Georgia O'Keefe. Frida's hair... I especially love color. I find the color of exotic birds and fish breathtaking and impossible. My childhood pack of 65 Crayola crayon names started it all for me.
Tell us about a favorite, unusual or most interesting moment at a wedding: My favorite wedding was this past December. My favorite bride, Beverly, full of grace and love, showed us all what love is. Some florists say their favorite moment is when the bride sees her bouquet for the first time. Mine is when Beverly looked at her husband. Flowers help tell a story, and I am honored to be a part of telling a beautiful story.
