Executive Chef Munther Massarweh has been an executive chef at a number of restaurants— from Chicago’s famous Pump Room, to such well-regarded Bay Area restaurants as McCormick and Kuletos, The Bistro at Glen Ellen—and is currently also the executive chef at Wildfox Restaurant in Novato.
