Background
The founders of Premier Catering each have over 30 years experience in the food service and hospitality industry. The chefs of Premier Catering have degrees from the Catering College of Dublin through the City and Guilds of London as well as the California Culinary Academy. Certifications include the National Restaurant Association and the Experior Professional Food Manager. They have trained in England, Ireland, the South of France, Spain, New York and San Francisco. Premier Catering is a member of The Executives Association of San Francisco, The San Francisco Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, the National Association of Catering Executives and the GGBA.

Full service catering and event design/coordination. Have liquor license, full bar staff available. Assist in event planning. Will allow potential clients to view food setup and presentation prior to another event. Have full line of china, silverware and glassware available. Tables, chairs and linens available for rent. Old world classical and new world cuisine.
