Background
Perfect Harmony’s owner Penny Basso just loves doing flowers for weddings. What began as a hobby eventually led her to designing florals for friends’ events and ultimately led her to become the owner of Benicia Floral. With her years of experience, Penny has developed a portfolio in many styles—romantic traditional, formal high-style, casual garden—and is adept at matching just the right flowers to suit each bride.
Perfect Harmony was selected by The Knot brides as their Best of Weddings 2008 Northern California Floral Designer. They are the preferred floral designer at Admiral’s Mansions at Mare Island.

Perfect Harmony composes beautiful floral arrangements for weddings and other special events—bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and other decorative arrangements. They also able to work with a range of budgets and still keep the arrangements full and lush. A wedding coordinator on staff provides additional expertise.
