Background
Rev. Christa Deane has been a Lake Tahoe local for nearly 20 years. Ordained by the Universal Life church in 1997, she has officiated more than 400 interfaith and non-denominational ceremonies. She continuously attends life workshops and personal growth seminars to expand her credentials as a marriage celebrant.
Services
Whether traditional or unique, an elopement or a formal event for 200, celebrated on skis, in hiking boots or in heels—Christa Deane welcomes all couples. She loves to create and perform ceremonies specially suited to each couple she works with.
Simplifying matters for you, Christa is a notary and can issue Placer County marriage licenses. Mountain High Weddings is authorized to issue Confidential California Marriage Licenses at any time. These licenses are different from public licenses in that no information can be released without the written consent of at least one of the married partners and no witnesses are required. Plus, you’ll also find her wealth of local knowledge in this destination resort town invaluable!
