For over 28 years, Melissa Teaff’s motto has been “Only the best will do!” Combining her knowledge of food and wine with the freshest culinary ingredients from Napa Valley, she and her staff create exquisite menus for her clients’ intimate dinner parties, corporate functions and wedding receptions.
Executive Chef Joe Vitale has paired up with Melissa, and manages a team of skilled culinary chefs. Like Melissa, he insists on using the best quality, seasonally fresh ingredients when designing menus. With over 17 years in the food industry, Chef Vitale has developed a very down-to-earth philosophy: “In the kitchen, the way I look at it, you live to eat and eat to live.”
